Who is eligible to get the payout from this settlement?

To get a payout from this settlement, the first and foremost requirement is that you are a citizen of the United States and, as a patient of Rayus Radiology, you had a patient portal account between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2023, and you visited the company’s website at least once during this period.

Additionally, it is mandatory that you have received a notice for this settlement from the administrator, on which your Class Member Login ID and Password must be mentioned. If you have received it, you won’t be able to file a claim form, which is mandatory for getting the payout from this settlement.

How much will be received from this settlement?

As a class member of this settlement, you can get the payout of $25. Note that the fund of $6.08 million won’t be only distributed among the individuals whose private information was shared with third-party technologies. It will be distributed after the deduction of attorney fees and administration costs.

  • Go to the official website of the Rayus Radiology Settlement at https://rayussettlement.com/.
  • Find and click on the option that reads ‘SUBMIT A CLAIM,’ and get redirected to another webpage.
  • Fill in your Class Member Login ID and Password, and then click on the Login button to access the dashboard.
  • After the successful login, you have to provide details such as name, email address, and phone number.
  • Choose an electronic payment method, and provide details to receive payout in your bank account.
  • Review all the details accurately, and then click on the Submit button. 

After filing a claim form for this settlement, make sure you take a printout of the confirmation page, as it may be required for further reference.

When to expect the payout from this settlement?

The payout from this settlement will be received after the final approval. It is highly expected that this settlement will receive approval from the court by late January 2026. If the approval is received without any appeal, we can expect the payout within 90 days, i.e., by May 2026 or even earlier.
