  • You are a citizen of the US and live in any of its states or territories.
  • You believe that your personal information was compromised in this cybersecurity incident. 
  • You received a notice from the organization about the data breach incident from the organization, and
  • You also got a notice from the settlement administration with the Class Member ID.

Compensation Amount 

The amount you can get by filing the claim form for this settlement, if you are eligible, depends on what you have suffered due to the cybersecurity incident. Refer to the listed points for more details about it.

  • If you have faced out-of-pocket or unreimbursed expenses due to this data breach incident, you can get up to $7,500.
  • Additionally, for the time spent fixing the things after this cybersecurity incident, you can claim up to 4 hours at a rate of $30.
  • If you have not suffered any financial losses due to this cybersecurity incident, you can get an alternative payment of $75, but for this you have to file the claim form by the due date.
  • If you are a resident of California, note that in addition to any of the above cash benefits, you will get the payment of $150.

Note that the fund of $8.7 million will be distributed among the claimants after the deduction of the attorney fee and other administration costs, which will be decided in the final hearing.

If anyone who isn’t interested in getting payment from this class action settlement wants to opt out of being a class member, the deadline for the same is February 9, 2026.

Payout Date

The payout date for the settlement is yet to be decided. But it is more likely that the settlement fund will be distributed among the claimants after the final approval, for which the hearing will take place on April 7, 2026, at 1:30 pm PT.

If the settlement gets the final approval without any appeal, it is highly expected that the payment will be received within three months. In case of any appeal, you may have to wait for six months or even more to get the payment.
