When will the payout come?

How much will be received?
The Minnesota advance child tax credit payment for December 2025 is going to be the same as the previous payout. If you are entitled to get the credit of $1,750 for each qualifying child, you are going to get $292 for each child.
If you have more than one child, the advance payment of CTC you are going to get depends on the number of qualifying children. Suppose you have four qualified children; for each you are entitled to get a maximum benefit of $1,168.
What if your payment isn’t received on time?
Once the direct deposit for the Minnesota advance CTC is sent out, it is received within a few hours, and a paper check takes a minimum of three days to be received. If you don’t get your payment on time, you need to worry.
Note that the direct deposit may be delayed up to 72 hours because of a technical error, and the paper check arrival may be delayed by 10 days in case of workload. Any other error may delay payment unexpectedly.
