What’s the 2026 ODSP Payment Date?

Note that the ODSP payments are usually issued on the last business day of each month, if you get this benefit via direct deposit, you will get the money directly in your bank account within a few hours; and in case of paper check, you have to wait for at least 3 days.
What’s the maximum ODSP benefit in 2026?
The payment rates for the year 2026 are announced by the Community and Social Service, Ministry of Children, Government of Ontario. The maximum monthly payment for a single person is $1408, including basic needs and shelter allowance, until June 2026.
The payment rate for the Ontario Disability Support Program for the second half of the year 2026 will be announced soon. The increase is likely to be around 2.7 percent, that is, it is expected the maximum payment from July to December will be $1,446.
Who will get the ODSP monthly benefit in 2026?
The benefit of the Ontario Disability Support Program is going to be received only by those individuals who are already getting this benefit, and there is no change in their living situation or income. In case of any, it is mandatory to report ASAP—because not doing so results in holding the payment.
If you have recently applied for the OSDP benefits, you should know that you will get this payment in 2026 only if the authorities have accepted and processed your application. If your application is still pending, you have to wait for a while to get it processed.
What if the 2026 ODSP benefit doesn’t come on time?
The payment for the ODSP in 2026 will be issued as per the official schedule; it will be received in due time. The direct deposit may face a delay of a few hours in case of technical error; it can be up to 72 hours.
The paper cheque may also face a delay of a few days in case of workload, which can be a maximum of 7 days. If you don’t get your payment even after waiting for the required time, you should get in touch with the officials.
