What to do if OTB payment isn’t received on time?
If your OTB payment isn’t received on time, you needn’t panic. Firstly, you need to find out why your payment isn’t received as per the timeline. The reason behind holding this payment can be ineligibility, so check if you are still meeting the eligibility requirements.
To know the reason behind the payment hold, you need to get in touch with the CRA. They will explain why you haven’t yet received your payment. In case of any problem with your eligibility for this benefit, you will be asked to provide required documents; do so.
