Who is eligible to get a payout from this settlement?

To get a payout from this settlement, it is mandatory that you are a citizen of the US and you received a notice about the RI Bridges 2024 data breach incident from the state of RI indicating that your private information may have been compromised.

If you are among the employees, officers, or directors of Deloitte, government entities, the judge handling the case, the judge’s family and court staff, or anyone who ‘opts out’ of the settlement in time, you aren’t eligible to get the payout from this settlement.

What to do to get the payment from this settlement?

To get a payout from this settlement, it is mandatory that you file a claim form. It can be filed online through the web portal and, alternatively, offline by postmarking. Make sure you provide all required details accurately, because even a single mistake may result in rejection of your claim form.

The due date to file the claim form is January 14, 2026.  Note that to file it, one must have the Class Member ID. You can find it on the notice you have received from the settlement administrator. If you haven’t received it but believe you are one among the affected individuals, get in touch with them.

How to file an online/offline claim form for this settlement?

In order to file a claim form for this settlement through the web portal or offline via postmarking, follow the step-by-step instructions available below.

Online via web portal 

  1. Visit the official settlement portal and locate the online claim section.
  2. Select “Submit Claim” and proceed to the digital application interface.
  3. Enter your Class Member ID, which is required for verification.
  4. Provide your legal full name and complete current home address.
  5. Add your valid email address and phone number for communication.
  6. Choose between Cash Payment A or Payment B benefit.
  7. Upload supporting documents if claiming losses under the Payment A option.
  8. Carefully review all entered information before final submission, and submit it.

Offline via Postmarking 

  1. Download the paper claim form from the settlement website.
  2. Print the complete form using legible and dark ink.
  3. Enter your Class Member ID, which is mandatory for eligibility.
  4. Fill in personal information exactly as requested on the form.
  5. Attach documentation if applying for Payment A reimbursement option.
  6. Sign and date the form clearly in the designated fields, and mail it to: Pannozzi v. Deloitte Consulting LLP, c/o Kroll Settlement Administration LLP, P.O. Box 5324, New York, NY 10150-5324

How much will be received from this settlement?

The amount claim members are going to get from this settlement depends on the compensation type you opt for in the claim form. If you choose the Cash Payment A, you can get up to $5,000 by providing documents or proof for out-of-pocket expenses.

If you choose Cash Payment B, you will receive the payment on a pro-rata basis, which is expected to be around $100. In addition to the settlement cash benefits, each class member will also get two years of CyEx’s medical data monitoring product.
