Primary Frame System
The primary frame system is a critical component that provides structural stability and support to the entire building structure. The primary frame system typically consists of several key elements such as Main Columns, Rafter Beams, Tie Beams etc. At NRE Industries we have automated/digitized machines which produce these elements at a much faster rate in an optimized way.
The primary frame system in PEBs are designed at NRE Industries to efficiently transfer loads from the roof and other building components to the foundation. This design approach optimizes the use of steel, reduces construction time, and allows for cost-effective construction. Depending on factor’s such as building’s purpose, location, size and load requirements, the design & configuration system of a PEB varies. At NRE Industries, we make sure that the design and fabrication adheres to the relevant Indian standards and codes, including IS 800: 2007 (General Construction in Steel) and IS 801: 1975 (Use of Cold-Formed Light Gauge Steel Structural Members in General Building Construction), to ensure structural integrity and safety in the buildings.
